19th century Chinese export Rose Medallion oval dish c1860. This oval famille rose porcelain platter measures 12 inches by 9 and one quarter inches by 1 and 1 half inches high. Tibetan storage trunk circa 1800. Measures 33 inches wide by 18.5 inches deep by 22 inches to the surface and 25 inches to the turnings. Built in traditional Tibetan style, the top surface is constructed of two boards. The front board slides back to reveal the open interior storage compartment. The opening measures 8.5 inches deep. This sculpture was purchase on a reservation in the 1960 to 1970's. Measures 30 inches high by 16 inches wide and 7 inches deep. Hand carved by a master carver from a sold block of wood.
