American Victorian black walnut upholstered arm chair c1875 with burl walnut accents.This chair would make a handsome desk chair. Measures 41 and one half inches to the top of its back, 25 inches wide, 23 inches deep and 19 and one half inches to the top of its upholstered seat. Excellent condition with original finish. This chair was most probably made by Brooks in New York. They made some of the finest Victorian walnut furniture during this period. Shipping extra. English Furniture. This Late Renaissance period antique "English oak draw table" has marquetry inlaid apron, carved edge molding, elongated melon turned legs, and molded stretchers. It measures 57 and three quarters inches long by 34 and one quarter inches wide and is 31 and one half inches high overall. The pull out, or draw, leaves each measure 25 and three quarters inches long. This Elizabethan period table is in good original as found estate condition, with various minor repairs having been done during its 300 year lifespan. First quarter of the 17th century. Antique French marquetry fruitwood lapdesk. This "lapdesk" is French c1875. Made from fruitwood with a truly beautiful marquetry design. This lap desk also has a hand painted floral center medallion with a brass ormolu frame. The interior is fitted and covered in rosewood veneer. There are two cut glass inkwells with their original brass covers. There are also two small drawers that can only be seen when the inside lid is opened. This fine French lap desk measures 13 and one half inches wide by 11 inches deep when closed and 17 and one half inches deep when open. There is some minor veneer missing inside and one of the brass trim pieces on the bottom front is missing which is hard to notice. Shipping extra.
