Vintage Coromandel Chinese Lacquer screen. 8-panel Coromandel screen. See attached picture files. The screen is 8 ft. high by 12 feet wide. It is in excellent condition It is over 50 years old and is so much nicer than those made today. The back has a traditional bamboo and bird motif. Excellent condition. This unusual 19th century Japanese "ship in a bottle" is of British origin and crafted around 1860 to 1870. This ship in a bottle measures 12 an one half inches from base to top and the base is 5 and one quarter inches in diameter. There is a crack on the base which can be seen in one of the photographs.
