Antique Silver Car pocket watch, this pocket watch depicts a couple motoring along the country side. This watch was most probably made for the first motor show which was held in Paris in 1895. There is reference to this silver pocket watch on page 15 of Art and The Automobile by D B Tubbs c1978. Automobile memorabilia from this period is quite rare. This watch runs well.
