J C Coats oak spool cotton cabinet number 40. This solid oak cabinet retains its original finish and gold leaf decals. Measures 21 inches wide, 16 inches deep and 23 inches high. This piece is in pristine condition. There a single small crack across one of the glass panels. This piece came to us from a local estate. Early St Etienne French wooden fabric or leather measure with brass ends c1800. This rare piece is signed all over. Two sides have hand cut measurement marks and the other two sides are blank. The two ends have solid brass plates. This French fabric or leather ruler measures 39 and one half inches long by 3 and one eighth by 3 and one eighth inches thick.
