This antique document is a report from the deputy jailor of Middletown, CT concerning "licenses" for the month of January, 1883. The piece is hand written on Jail Office stationery. It is in excellent condition. The recipients have done some calculations in pencil on the margins. This interesting piece of Americana measures 11x13.
