Late 20th century estate English George III style handmade Elm Dresser. This piece of English furniture came to us from an important local estate. Bench made in two pieces with wooden pin construction from solid elm, great attention to detail. Multiple hand dovetailed drawers, top plate racks, base pull outs and deep rich hand waxed patina.This is as close to a period example in quality and craftsmanship as you will find. We only sell reproduction or vintage pieces when they are this quality. Measures 84 and one half inches tall, 20 inches deep at the base, 32 inches to the top of the base and 66 inches wide. Handmade English dining table with banded inlay c1975. This dining table is of superior quality. the single top has the finest mahogany. The banded inlay is a hand painted design. The base is solid mahogany and is held with four large solid brass bolts. Measures 75 and one half inches long by 50 and one half inches wide and 29 and one half inches high. Original finish. English Georgian style swing leg drop leaf mahogany dining table. This large dining table is made from solid matched mahogany. The table measures 72 inches wide by 18 inches deep and 30 and one half inches high when closed. Each leaf measures 26 and one half inches. When the table is open it measures 72 by 72 inches round. Dates from 1930 to 1950. The condition is quite good including its original finish.There are no repairs just some minor use marks which are to be expected. The swing legs that hold the drop leaves up move with ease. This table would seat eight to ten people. Shipping extra. The chest, or dresser, measures 44 inches wide by 38 and three quarter inches high. Measures 19 inches deep at the sides and 22 inches deep at the center. Queen Anne style set of four mahogany dining chairs made by the venerable English furniture maker Tibbenham of Ipswich, circa 1940. Tibbenham made the finest quality period reproduction furniture. These Queen Anne style chairs feature vase splats, cabriole legs ending in pad feet, shell carved knees, and 2 have shepherds crook arms. Excellent condition with original surface, well cared for. Each chair measures 38 and one half inches high to back, and 19 inches high to seat and 23 inches wide at the knees. The seats are17 inches wide at back and 22 inches wide at front.
